A payment bank bill pressing part 130 pressing the bank bill to a carrying belt for feeding the bank bill temporary withheld at a delivery withholding unit to the payment port is composed of a stage 140; a pantograph; a cam follower 145 going up and down the stage 140 by acting to the pantograph; and a cam 155. Driving force from the cam 155 is obtained from a motor 104 driving a taking-in roller 103 of a depositing bank bill carrying part so as to eliminate an installation space of a dedicated drive source. A gear 152 to which driving force is transferred from the roller 103 is provided with a one-way clutch 153 and the stage 140 goes up and down only when the roller 103 is rotated in a direction opposite to a rotation direction for taking in the deposited bank bill.
