Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent mistakes from happening in handling of bundles of bank notes when troubles happen during the binding process.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is constructed of a bank note dividing part 2 including an operating panel 2a and a money band applying device 3 including a binding band unwiding device 100 equipped with an internal clock 3a and a printing device 108. The printing device 108 prints serial numbers of the binding to money bands 80. When binding of the bank notes fails, the number assigned to the failed binding can be printed on the money band 80 to be supplied next. Date can also be printed on the money band 80, and such date can be renewed by operation that is synchronous with the internal clock 3a.
