PURPOSE: To facilitate a chance for use of a bankbook by giving a value added in entry of the bankbook by a method wherein the bankbook is constituted by providing a record part for the number of dealings which stores mechanically financial dealing information according to the number of financial dealings by a customer.

CONSTITUTION: A magnetic storage part 21 is provided onto a rear side surface of a bankbook 20. A part in which the same customer information as in the prior art (information such as the number of an account, a deposite balance, a final printed page of the bankbook 20, etc.) is stored, and a part in which information for the number of financial dealings according to the number of financial dealings by the customer is stored, are provided in the magnetic storage part 21. Because of such the constitution, a chance for use of the bankbook can be promoted by drawing out an individual character of the bankbook. Further, the number of dealings by the customer can be quickly known based on information for the number of financial dealings, control of the customer becomes easy, and various services can be efficiently carried out. Furthermore, relation between the customer and the financial organ is strengthened, and making a main bank can be accelerated.
