To enhance reliability of page turning-over by preventing folding of a cover or an interlayer sheet or a jam based on a jumping-up fault of the interlayer sheet at a turning-over roller rotating time.
The turning-over roller (TR) is constitute by fixing a turning- over member (tm) made of a material having a large frictional coefficient and radially projected from an outer peripheral surface of a boss (bm) at a part of an outer periphery of the boss (bm). A locking part (e) for locking the member when a leading end of an interlayer sheet is slidably dropped from the member on the way of turning over by the member is provided at a position immediately after the rotating direction of the member of the outer peripheral surface of the boss. The locking part can be constituted by a groove or a protrusion. Since the leading end of the cover or the interlayer sheet dropped from the member is captured by the locking part, it is effectively jumped up, and effectively inverted at the bankbook conveying time for inverting the bankbook.
