A stationary protrusion means 51 (53, 54, and 55) is provided to the right side-face 52 side of a machine 1 for cutting thread entirely. The cross-sectional face of the stationary protrusion means 53 is a slender approximately rectangular parallelepiped. The shape of both ends 53a in the longitudinal direction of the stationary protrusion means 53 is a semi-circular column shape. The shape of the stationary protrusion means 54 is an approximate parallelogram. The shape of the stationary protrusion means 55 is the nearly same shape as the stationary protrusion means 53. The height of the stationary protrusion means 51 (53, 54, and 55) is so decided that the machine 1 for cutting thread entirely is parallel to the stationary face 57 when the machine 1 for cutting thread entirely is laid on the stationary face 57 with the right side-face 52 downward.
