Between a clamp device 2 and an electric device 4 for cutting, there is provided an automatic feed device 5 for advancing the rotary blade 3 in the direction orthogonal to a bar material clamped by a clamper 2. An automatic feeder 5 includes: a feed screw shaft 25 which is disposed toward the longitudinal direction and rotatably supported at a fixed position; a reduction gear mechanism 26 which power-transmits the rotation of a rotary cutter fixture 11 rotating together with the cutting blade 3 to the feed screw shaft 25; and a half nut 27 provided to be movable toward forward by the rotation of the feed screw shaft 25. While the half nut 27 is moving forward, the electric device 4 for cutting and the reduction gear mechanism 26 are moved forward together with the half nut 27.
