Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allow errors in lens manufacture by making the length in the optical axis direction 2W60 times the effective diameter, letting the central parts of both end faces be lens curved faces and peripheral parts be light absorbing parts, making the light transmission region diameter in the central part larger than the lens effective diameter.

CONSTITUTION: This is constituted by bar lenses 1, 2, a strip-form region 3 of object surface D and a strip-form region 4 corresponding to the object surface strip- form region 3 of projection surface P. With the object surface D and projection surface P being maintained at the specified relation, these are moved at a constant speed relatively with respect to the compound eye projection optical system, whereby the entire part of the object image is projected onto the projection surface. The core material diameter of the light transmission part is made large with respect to the lens effective diameter, and therefore even if the central axis of the light transmission part region and the central axis of the die working the lens shape deviates slightly in parallel, the impairment of the effective region does not occur and the bar lens having the specified substantial effective diameter may be obtained.
