To provide the constitution of a bar for mounting a cane that can start walking by giving a feeling of 'straddling' when a patient with a Parkinson's disease starts walking.
This long-sized bar 10 for mounting the cane is integrally formed of a resin member having deformable softening property while holding fixed shape, and mountable almost perpendicularly to the cane. The bar 10 is provided with a curved face 12a horizontally continuous so as to be fitted to the side face of the cane, and extension pieces extended from both end sides of the curved face. Projecting parts 14 are formed on the outside of one extension piece, and hole parts 15 into which the projecting parts are fitted are formed in the other extension piece to make the extension pieces connectable to each other.
