To obtain a bar soap capable of forming as a finished product without passing through a layering process for 60-90 days after die molding which is usually carried out by using sodium stearate instead of water as a bar soap component and mixing sodium stearate with other various kinds of components.
A foam detergent such as coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide is mixed with a coconut oil fatty acid sarcosine sodium or lauryldimethylamine oxide solution, a humectant such as dense glycerol and/or 1,3-butylene glycol, an emulsifier such as polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene lanolin and sodium stearate and the mixture is melted by heating and cast into a mold and taken out from the mold to provide a finished product without passing through a laying process.
