PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar steel material bundle number separation device suppressing crossing of bar steel materials with each other when dividing bar steel materials for each prescribed number before binding the bar steel materials.SOLUTION: A bar steel material bundle number separation device includes: a conveyor 11 which is capable of conveying a plurality of bar steel materials W in an arranged state in a row; a counter 12 for counting bar steel materials W to be conveyed; a stopper 13 for regulating the movement of a prescribed number of bar steel materials W which are already counted and conveyed to a conveyance direction downstream side; and a separator 20 which has a mounting member 21 for mounting the prescribed number of bar steel materials W regulated in movement in an aligned state that the bar steel materials W are arranged in a row in the conveyance direction and a moving mechanism 22 for moving the mounting member 21. The moving mechanism 22 moves the mounting member 21 so as to move the prescribed number of bar steel material W in the aligned state to the conveyance direction downstream side over the stopper 13 and return the bar steel materials W in the aligned state to the conveyer 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
