Abstract:
To provide a bar stock conveyance method capable of preventing deformation of a bar stock.
The present invention relates to the bar stock 2 conveyance method for conveying the bar stock 2 in the longitudinal direction to feed it to a die 6. the bar stock 2 is held by supply side jaws 20a, 20b on a carry-in side 17 and pushed into the die 6, and the bar stock 2 is held by delivery side jaws 26a, 26b on a carry-out side 18 and drawn from the die 6, the timing of drawing the bar stock 2 on the carry-out side 17 is slightly delayed from the timing of pushing the bar stock 2 on the carry-in side 17.
