Abstract:

To provide a barbecue stove readily assembled and disassembled and uniformly grilling food materials when used outdoors or the like.

The barbecue stove is composed of a box formed of four substantially rectangular side plates and a substantially rectangular bottom plate, and four support legs. The side plate includes hook claws on both right and left end portions and a plurality of vent holes at the center, one of the side plates is provided with a plurality of substantially squared grooves at the upper end, and a side plate opposing to the side plate is provided with V-shaped grooves at the upper end. The substantially squared grooves and the V-shaped grooves are provided on the upper ends of the side plates, respectively, so that a skewer is positioned orthogonal to the respective side plates with grooves and a plurality of skewers are positioned parallel with each other at appropriate intervals. The support leg includes hooking holes for hooking the side plates with the hook claws.
