Abstract:
To provide a barium dititanate-based complex oxide with suppressed current leakage, and a simple manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The barium dititanate-based complex oxide contains a polycrystal consisting of a composition represented by (Ba(A))(Ti(B1)(B2))O, where (A) is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ca, Rb, Sr, Cs, Fr and Ra, (B1) is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Nb, Ta, V and Mn, (B2) is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, Ni, Fe, Se, Zr, Pd, Sn and Hf, x is 0 or more and less than 0.5, yis 0 or more and less than 0.1, yis more than 0 and less than 0.5, y+yis more than 0 and less than 0.5, and z is 0 or more and yor less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
