Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject porcelain having both of low resistivity and high voltage resistance, and having high voltage resistance compared to the resistivity.
CONSTITUTION: The objective ABO3-type porcelain contains trace additives for realizing its semiconductivity, which has the resistivity after sintering of ≤30Ωcm and mean crystal particle diameter of ≤6.0μm. SiO2 particles with a mean diameter of ≤4.0μm in the feedstock mixing is incorporated.
