This portable barricade device has leg parts on both right and left sides, is constituted by connecting both leg parts mutually by a horizontal bar extending in the direction of width on at least either of a top part side and a lower part side, and is erected in a peripheral zone to regulate entry of a person into construction site. A tree planted container such as a planter or a pot in which plants for promoting tree planting are planted is attached to the barricade device to obtain the tree-planted barricade device.
