Abstract:

To provide a barrier container superior in permeation preventive performance of gas (oxygen), and not contacting an end surface of a barrier film with the content.

The barrier film for covering an outer wall of a container body includes a barrier film for a side surface part and a barrier film for a bottom surface part. The length of the barrier film for the side surface part is longer than the outer periphery of a cylindrical body part of the container body, and the barrier film for the side surface part closely covers the cylindrical body part so that both end parts of the barrier film for the side surface part overlap with each other. The barrier film for the bottom surface part is larger than an external shape of the bottom surface part of the container body, and closely covers the bottom surface part and a boundary between the barrier film for the side surface part and the barrier film for the bottom surface part so as to overlap with the barrier film for the side surface part.
