A coating film 2 of a resin composition containing one or two or more of specific resins as main components of a vehicle, is formed on one face of a polypropylene film 1, and further, a multilayer film consisting of one layer or two layers or more of a vapor-deposited film 3 of an inorganic oxide, is formed on the coating film 2 by a chemical vapor deposition process or a physical vapor deposition process to constitute the film A1 with barrier property. In addition, another plastic film, a paper base material or any other material is arbitrarily laminated on the film A1 to manufacture the laminated material. This laminated material is made into bags or cases as packaging containers and various kinds of article such as drinks, foods, medical goods, chemicals, daily necessities, or sundry goods for example, are put into and packaged with the container to produce the packaged products.
