Title:
BASE CURRENT CORRECTING CIRCUIT FOR ARITHMETIC AMPLIFIER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06291567
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the base current correcting circuit of an arithmetic amplifier in which the effect of the Early's effect of an PNP transistor constituting a differential input stage can be reduced.

CONSTITUTION: One end of a current source 12 and one end of a level shift circuit 1 are connected to the emitters of input transistors Q1 and Q2, and the other end of the level shift circuit 1 is connected to the base of a transistor Q4 and a current source 13. Also, the collector of the transistor Q4 is connected to the collector and base of a transistor Q7 of transistors Q7, Q8, and Q9 constituting a current mirror circuit. The collector of the transistor Q8 is connected to the base of the transistor Q1, and the collector of the transistor Q9 is connected to the based of the transistor Q2. Moreover, the emitter of the transistor Q4 is connected to the base of a transistor Q3 whose emitter is connected to a current source 11 and whose collector is connected to GND.
