To provide a base-isolated table having a damping mechanism and a base-isolated table unit using the same, the base-isolated table having initial rigidity and preventing the subject of base isolation from shaking when no vibration is applied, while surely functioning to protect the subject of base isolation in the event that a large vibration is applied, as in an earthquake.
The base-isolated table 1 having the damping mechanism includes: a fixed plate 2; a guide member provided in such a manner as to be movable in X direction with respect to the fixed plate; a moving plate provided to be movable in Y direction perpendicular to X direction with respect to the guide member; an X-direction circulating belt that circulates as the guide member moves in X direction with respect to the fixed plate; a Y-direction circulating belt that circulates as the moving plate moves in Y direction with respect to the guide member; and a rotary damper 7 having a rotation driven member and providing resistance to the rotary movement of the rotation driven member, the rotation driven member being provided at the fixed plate and the moving plate and having the X-direction circulating belt or the Y-direction circulating belt wrapped therearound.
