Title:
BASE-ISOLATING METHOD OF EXISTING BUILDING AND TEMPORARY STRUCTURE IN ITS CONSTRUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014169552
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolating method of an existing building and a temporary structure in its construction, capable of improving safety of the existing building to tensile force caused by the overturning moment, over a period until a base-isolation device exhibits the function, in base-isolating construction of the existing building of using a temporary column axial force support member.SOLUTION: In the base-isolating method of the existing building, a jack 9 for supporting column axial force instead of an existing column, is arranged around the existing column of the existing building, and next, an intermediate part of the existing column is cut off, and an installation space P for installing the base-isolation device is formed, and next, the base-isolation device is installed in the installation space, and afterwards, the column axial force is transferred to the base-isolation device from the jack. A temporary tensile resistance material 17 for resisting the tensile force caused by the overturning moment, is installed between an upper structure part 15 above the installation space and a lower structure part 16 under the installation space, over the period up to time just before transferring to the base-isolation device of the column axial force from time just after forming the installation space.
