Abstract:
To easily secure an installation accuracy by combining base isolation devices which are market products, without using large scale base isolation devices with special sizes, as a base isolation structure for a high-rise building.SOLUTION: In a base isolation building in which a plurality of base isolation devices 50 are arranged under a concrete-filled steel pipe column 21C, a steel pipe 22 constituting the concrete-filled steel pipe column 21C includes a column base widened portion 60 in which a cylindrical body is widened to a large diameter, a column base brace plate 65 is joined to a lower end of the column base widened portion 60, and the plurality of base isolation devices 50 are arranged vertically below the column base brace plate 65 with a concrete body interposed in between.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
