A floor beam 18 is supported on a foundation structure 14 to be relatively moved in the depth direction and in the cross direction by a rolling support mechanism 34 and a sliding support mechanism 36, whereby when the foundation structure 14 is vibrated in the horizontal direction in the case of an earthquake, the floor beam 18 is relatively moved in the depth direction and in the cross direction to the foundation structure 14, so that the transfer of vibration from the foundation structure 14 to the floor beam 18 can be intercepted. Guide rails 40, 52 are bent in a recessed-shape, and a sliding surface 100 of a slide base 98 is formed by a recessed curved surface having the same radius of curvature as the guide rails 40, 52. By this arrangement, even if the floor beam 18 is moved in the horizontal direction, bending deformation is not caused in a connecting part between the fitting part of the guide rail 52 and a slide member 104 in the floor beam 18.
