To provide a base isolation piping capable of being arranged without requiring a large pipe space under buildings, converging and stopping the shake of a pipe arrangement when a shake by an earthquake stops, providing an enough amount of displacement for equally absorbing displacement by each flexible pipe, and maintaining a stable displacement absorbing ability for long time.
A base isolation piping is provided with a flexible pipe arrangement 20 composed of flexible pipes 21, 22 of a prescribed length and a joint part 23, wherein one end of the flexible pipe arrangement 20 is connected to an under-ground buried pipe arrangement 25 and the other end is connected to a pipe arrangement in a building, and wherein the flexible pipe arrangement 20 is supported by being suspended from the building side. The joint part 23 is suspend-supported by a fixing disc 30 fixed to an bottom surface in the building, a supporting member 40 locked with the fixing disc 30 and rotatably extending outward in a radial direction, and a suspending metal fitting 50 supported to the supporting member 40. The suspending metal fitting 50 is slidably supported by the supporting member 50, and the supporting member 50 slidably orthographicly penetrates a rotating portion 32 of the fixing disc 30 and rotatably locked with the fixing disc 30.
