Abstract:
To provide a base material film and a sheet for workpiece processing which can achieve both antistatic properties and mechanical strength.SOLUTION: A base material film has a resin layer containing a polyester resin, a polymer type antistatic agent and a carbon nanotube. The content of the polymer type antistatic agent in the resin layer is preferably 0.1 mass% or more and 50 mass% or less, and the content of the carbon nanotube in the resin layer is preferably 0.001 mass% or more and 1 mass% or less. The polyester resin preferably has an alicyclic structure, and has a heat quantity of melting measured at a rate of temperature rise of 20°C/min by differential scanning calorimetry of 2 J/g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
