Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell which is suppressed in the increasing ratio of leaks so as not to be damaged, even at a high temperature rising and falling speed by using a three-component composition consisting of respectively specified mixed quantities of CaO, ZrO and NiO as the material of a base tube.
SOLUTION: This material of a base tube consists of a three-component composition of CaO≤26.1%, ZrO2≤60.9%, 13.0≤NiO, preferably, in the range of 26.1≥CaO≥9.1%, 60.9≥ZrO2≥20.9%, 13.0≥NiO≥70.0% by wt.%. Further, the diameter of NiO is preferably set to 5 μm or less. The material of the base tube can be set also to a three-component composition of CaO ≤27.2%, ZrO2≤63.6%, 9.2%≤MgO, preferably, in a ranges of 27.1≥CaO≥0.5%, 63.6≥ZrO2≥0.5%, 9.2≤MgO≤99%. Otherwise, a three-component composition of CaO≤27.4%, ZrO2≤63.9%, 8.7%≤SiO, or a two-component composition of 47.9%≤MhO and Al2O3 ≤52.1% may also be used.
