PURPOSE: To easily obtain resin moldings such as a resin bearing in which lubricating oil is uniformly dispersed by mixing a base resin having thermoplastic resin as a base with the mixture of electrolytic copper powder and lubricating oil and heating the obtained mixture to perform melting treatment and pelletizing this melt.
CONSTITUTION: Electrolytic copper powder 2 is contained in an electrolytic copper powder tank 1 provided with an impeller 4 rotated by a motor 3. Moreover lubricating oil 7 is stored in an oil tank 6. Lubricating oil 7 stored in this oil tank 6 is passed through an oil pipe 9 by a pump 8 and dispersed into the electrolytic copper powder tank 1 from a nozzle 10. A mixture (a) is obtained by agitating both 2, 7 by rotation of the impeller 4 in the tank 1. Then the pellets 11 of thermoplastic resin are supplied into the tank 1 so that the mixture (a) is regulated to 20-40%. This obtained mixture is agitated by the impeller 4 and melted by the proper means and thereafter again pelletized. Then this pelletlike material is supplied to an injection molding device to be injected and molded. Thereby the required moldings such as a resin bearing are obtained.
