Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the fact that a crack is generated on a magnetic thin film by external force, by using a supporting body of a 3-layered structure having an intermediate layer whose Young's modulus is small.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic metallic thin film 4 is formed on a nonmagnetic base body formed by providing the second layer 1 made of polyester, etc. of 1W10μm thick, having a Young's modulus which is ≤ about of a Young's modulus of other 2 layers, between the first layer 2 made of polyester, etc. of about 1W10μm thick, whose Young's modulus is ≥ about 400kg/mm2, and the third layer 3 made of polyester, etc. of about 2W50μm thick, whose Young's modulus is ≥ about 400kg/mm2.
