Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material panel for a heat radiation plate, which is easily manufactured, light-weighted, and easy to be handled in packaging, storing, conveying and laying.
SOLUTION: A plurality of plate-like bodies having a quadrilateral flat shape and a small area are combined, bonded to be integrated with each other, thereby forming a large area base material panel for a heat radiation plate. One end or both ends in the longitudinal direction of the quadrilateral plate-like body with a small area are provided with a bonding part for bonding the adjacent plate-like bodies. A burying groove for burying a continuous flexible tube for a fluid is cut in the surface of the base material panel increased in area by bonding the bonding parts. Thus, the above purpose is attained.
