Abstract:
To provide a substrate 1 of a wrapping decorative sheet A in which one decorative sheet 30 is adhered to the rectangular plate-shaped substrate 1 so as to cover from the front surface of the substrate 1 to at least a front surface side of four peripheral end surfaces, the decorative sheets 30 which cover the end surfaces of two sides adjacent to each other in four peripheral corner parts of the substrate 1 are adhered or fusion-bonded on their rear surfaces, and a processing yield is improved so that an excess part 31 of the decorative sheet 30 can be precisely processed in the four peripheral corner parts, without requiring pressing of the substrate 1 by strong force.SOLUTION: In a substrate 1, a front surface side wooden fiber plate layer 2 and a rear surface side wooden fiber plate layer 3 are integrally laminated through a moisture barrier 4 including a non-aqueous adhesive. In the moisture barrier 4, a peripheral part has an exposure part 4a exposed to the four peripheral end surfaces of the substrate 1, and a chamfering part 2b is formed in a corner between the front surface and the peripheral end surface of the front surface side wooden fiber plate layer 2. A decorative sheet adhesion part 27 to which the decorative sheet 30 is adhered is provided on the front surface of the front surface side wooden fiber plate layer 2, the chamfering part 2b and at least the front surface side of the peripheral end surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
