SOLUTION: A base panel has a first granular mineral layer 4, this firse size agent layer arranged inside the first granular mineral layer and composed of a size agent containing a copolymer binder for almost preventing the edge wicks of the base panel, a cardboard layer 6 arranged inside the first size agent layer, the second size agent layer arranged inside the cardboard layer 6 and the second granular mineral layer 12 arranged inside the second size agent layer.
