Due to this fact, since the detecting direction is not in parallel with the upper surface of the base plate 10, the base plate detecting point P is displaced to cause the base plate 10 to be hardly displaced from a range capable of being detected and a lack of detection of the base plate position even in the case that the base plate 10 is displaced in a vertical direction due to a warp on a swelling of the rollers 42 and the like.
