Title:
BASE PLATE FOR PRODUCING THREE-DIMENSIONAL FIBROUS TEXTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0726442
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a base plate for producing three-dimensional fibrous texture with many pins stood on at a specified pitch, so designed as to obviate the necessity of operations to insert the pins into or pull them off the plate one by one, thereby substantially shortening the time necessary for producing the texture.

CONSTITUTION: The base plate 1 is made up of (A) a supporting plate 2 and (B) plural bases 4 each with pins 3 stood on at a specified pitch in a row. That is, these pins 3 are inserted into and fixed to holes formed at the specified pitch on each of the bases 4. The width of each base 4 corresponds to the lateral interval between the pins adjacent to each other. For the supporting plate 2, holding parts 2a are projected on both the sides extending parallel with the longer direction of the bases 4 and are spaced at the interval integer times the width of each base 4. The height of the holding parts 2a is the same as the thickness of the bases 4. And these bases 4 are mutually engagedly arranged between the holding parts 2a of the supporting plate 2 in a mutually contacted way, thus making up the objective base plate 1.
