Abstract:

To provide technology which can control of directivity of transmission of an array antenna and which can reduce processing load when correcting distortions of transmission signals output from an amplifier.

A weight/correction value calculation part 4 calculates transmission weight SW to control directivity of transmission of an array antenna 1. A distortion correction value calculation part calculates a distortion correction value DC to correct distortion of a signal amplified by an amplifier 307 based on a transmission signal output from the amplifier 307. An adjustment value calculation part 302 calculates an adjustment value α in relation to the transmission signal input into the amplifier 307 from the transmission weight SW and the distortion correction value DC. A transmission signal adjustment part 303 adjusts a transmission complex signal SS2 based on the adjustment value α in order to control the directivity of the transmission of the array antenna and to correct the distortion of the transmission signal output from the amplifier 307 simultaneously.
