A base station corrects a CQI which is fed back from a subordinate mobile station so that a deterioration of a reception quality in the mobile station in accordance with a distance to the mobile station may be canceled, and an interference amount of an adjacent base station is estimated based on the corrected CQI. In accordance with the estimation result of the interference amount, the transmission parameters (for example, transmission power) of either its own station or the adjacent base station are changed.
