Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in TCP throughput caused by decreasing a data size to be next sent at a time as ACK is not returned until a predetermined time passes in a transmission side terminal device although radio terminal device radio-transmits an ACK signal.
SOLUTION: A control unit 115 calculates a timing of actual time-out based on time-out information, and when the timing of actual time-out is close, the control unit 115 outputs a MCS control signal as a control signal instructing a change of a modulation system to a layer 2 down direction process or 111. When the MCS control signal is input from the control unit 115, the layer 2 down direction processor 111 modulates data stored in a memory by decreasing a modulation multivalued numeric. A layer 1 transmission part 112 radio- processes an output signal of the layer 2 down direction processor 111 and radio-transmits it from an antenna.
