To provide an allocation method of radio resources of a physical channel in an uplink capable of appropriately assigning radio resources of a physical channel in the uplink toward a base station from a mobile of a mobile radio communication system under an environment of the next-generation mobile radio communication system, and to provide a transmitter for mobiles.
In the method for assigning the radio resources of the physical channel in the uplink toward the base station from the mobile of the radio communication system, a collision channel and a scheduling channel are assigned according to one of a time division system, a frequency division system, and a hybrid system of the time and frequency division systems. Also, the radio resources are appropriately assigned to each of the collision channel, a shared control channel in the scheduling channels, and a shared data channel in the scheduling channels.
