Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an alumina/zirconia based tool material for baking having high durability against thermal shocks and a reaction property.
CONSTITUTION: For an alumina/zirconia based tool material for baking, a matrix portion contains 75-95% by weight of an alumina raw material of 10μm or less and a chief ingredient of a particle diameter of 5-50μm and further 5-15% by weight of a zirconia raw material of a particle diameter of 5μm or less as a remaining portion, and moreover contains 10-60% by volume of a formation interstice of 100μm or more.
