PURPOSE: To eliminate the needs for constructing sheathing by a method in which a panel consisting of many form concrete blocks is set in a trench excavated in the ground, and a foot post holder is formed integrally with the wall of basement on concrete which flows out of the lower end of the panel.
CONSTITUTION: A panel 13 is made up of form concretes 4, steel bar 10, and plate 12, and holes 15 are formed in the upper end blocks 4 of the panel 13. A clamp metal 16 is thrust through the holes 15 to integrally connect the upper ends of the panels 13. The panels 13 are set in a trench 31 excavated along the wall of basement, the corners are connected, necessary reinforcing bars are set in the hollow 29 of the panels 13, and concrete is placed. The concrete so placed is allowed to flow out into the trench 31 from the wall leg joint 21 up to a height covering both sides of the lower end of the joint 21 and the panel 13 to for a foot post holder.
