Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new building foundation structure which can increase vertical bearing capacity while reducing a variation thereof and enhances economic efficiency.SOLUTION: A new building foundation structure comprises: an underground skeleton 2 of an existing building; an improvement body 3 which is constructed above or lateral to the underground skeleton 2 and constructed of concrete scrap generated when demolishing the existing building and a cement solidification agent; a new building foundation section 4 which is constructed on the improvement body 3. The improvement body 3 is constructed by compacting a mixture of the concrete scrap with the cement solidification agent after agitating the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
