Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate a fault of a cage type sieve for a home use juicer, the fault is that the cage is easy to be broken during manufacturing and during washing process in home, for the cage is made of thin material of nickel, which is expensive. CONSTITUTION: A cage for a juicer has a rotor surface with finely perforated small holes and is equipped with two sieves each having two reinforcing rings 3 and 4 placed on the circular edges 5 and 6. The sieves 2 are made of plastics material whose small holes are made by mechanical cutting like punch processing.
