In a basket 29 that can accommodate a plurality of cold storage agents and is provided with a support part 38 for supporting the cold storage agents so that they do not touch one another, a pipe member 41 is provided at a shaft 40 rotatably in the support part 38. In the support part 38, a pipe member is arranged at the shaft rotatably in a loosely engaged supported state. The pipe member 41 is composed of a material with improved thermal conductivity and the cold storage agents.
