Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch stacking apparatus with no error for feeding corrugated cardboard sheets by tilting down a width determining conveyor and a carrier conveyor in the downstream direction.
SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a width determining conveyor 7 provided at downstream of a primary batch conveyor 4 or a secondary batch conveyor 5, a center guide 10 formed in a reverse V-shape at the center of the width determining conveyor 7 for dividing into two sheets and provided so that the center guide 10 becomes gradually higher toward the downstream side 10a, and a carrier conveyor 8 at downstream of the width determining conveyor 7. The carrier conveyor 8 has a center partition plate 11 which becomes gradually lower from the height of the center guide 10 toward the downstream, side joggers at both ends to prevent pushing off of corrugated cardboard sheets 3, and the width determining conveyor 7 and carrier conveyor 8 are tilted down at an angle of 1° to 3° in the downstream direction. This can reduce the friction and prevent errors for feeding corrugated cardboard sheets 3.
