Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a temperature distribution guaranteeing range by providing a plurality of wind direction plates adjustable in a wind direction of hot air along a vertical direction of a gap of an upstream side of a hot air circulating route.
SOLUTION: An atmosphere in a furnace near a heater 3 is heated by supplying a current to the heater 3, and sent as a hot air by a fan 4. The hot air sent between a side face 2b of an inner tank 2 and a side face 1c of an outer tank 1 is divided at its advancing passage by a wind direction plate 5 of an upper end, and the hot air passing the tank 2 side is introduced into the tank 2 through a vent hole 21. Meanwhile, the hot air passing the tank 1 side is branched by next wind direction plate 5 into the hot air again to the tank 2 and the hot air sent downward. Thus, the hot air can be sent to a lower portion of the gap S while branching the hot air by the plate 5 from a hot air circulating route (a). Therefore, the hot air in the vertical direction of the tank 2 is uniformly distributed to expand a temperature distribution ensuring range.
