PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical chip processing apparatus configured to ensure stable quality of processed chips and recycle materials generated thereby.SOLUTION: A chip processing apparatus includes: a mount 10 fixed to a floor surface F; a base frame 20 attached tiltably to the mount 10; a rotating drum 30 attached rotatably to the base frame 20, having an opening 33 formed at one end to receive chips and discharge the processed chips, and having a plurality of scraping-up blades 34 inside; a door 40 provided slidably so as to open and close the opening 33; a burner 50 provided in the door 40 to heat the chips supplied in the rotating drum 30;and an exhaust pipe 60 provided in the door 40 to lead to the inside of the rotating drum 30.
