Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely supply bathtub water to a bathtub at a substantially constant temperature at the time of start of heating.SOLUTION: A bath device incudes a hot water storage tank 2 for storing hot water, heating means 3 for heating hot water in the hot water storage tank 2, a bath heat exchanger 13 which is arranged in the hot water storage tank 2 and heats bathtub water, a circulation circuit 14 which connects a bathtub 15 to a bath heat exchanger 13 to allow bathtub water to circulate therein, a circulation pump 17 provided in the circulation circuit 14, a by-pass pipe 16 which short-circuit connects the circulation circuit 14 while by-passing a bath heat exchanger 17, a three-way switch valve 21 provided at a connection point of the circulation circuit 14 and the by-pass pipe 16, and a three-way switch valve 12 for detecting a hot water storage temperature near the height of the bath heat exchanger 13 of the hot water storage tank 2. A specified opening of the three-way switch valve 21 is determined according to a hot water storage temperature detected by the three-way switch valve 12, and the three-way switch valve 21 is controlled so that a specified opening thereof becomes a specified opening determined at the time of start of bathtub water heating operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
