Air of which humidity and temperature are already adjusted is supplied from the suction passage 6 and then air in the bath room is discharged out of the discharging passage 7. An amount of ventilation which can be calculated in reference to a target temperature, a dew forming point and an amount of suction within the bath room 1 is set in advance and at the same time a temperature of air sucked into the bath room, its relative humidity and an amount of suction becoming a base of calculation of an amount of ventilation are detected and controlled by a temperature adjusting and humidity adjusting mechanism 8 installed in the suction passage 6, thereby atmosphere within the bath room is kept at 40 to 60°C more than a body temperature of a human body, its dew forming point is kept at 35 to 45°C and controlled at that range, thereby the human body in the bath room is kept in its taking-bath condition.
