Fellow plural fixtures 14 are made parallel, and the circumferential faces 11d of the respective through holes 13 are formed into flat faces orthogonal to center lines (a) of the fixtures 14. Head parts of bolts with heads penetrated through the through holes 13 or nuts screwed in the bolts are located in portions of the fixtures 14 abutting to the circumferential faces 11d.
