Abstract:
To provide a bathing device in which work for moving a patient to a bathtub can be easily and safely performed.
A first shaft 3 rotatably supported by a motor 32 substantially parallel to a long edge of a bed 1 is fitted on the side opposed to the bed 1 with a bathtub 25 arranged on the side of the bed 1 between. A second shaft 4 rotatably supported by a motor 42 substantially parallel to the long edge of the bed 1 is fitted on the long edge opposed to the bathtub 25 side of the bed 1. A sheet 5 is laid between both the shafts 3, 4. The sheet 5 is moved by both the motors 32, 42, whereby a patient is moved from the bed 1 to the bathtub 25 and lowered into the bathtub.
