To provide a bathing method and a bathing tool capable of effectively utilizing headspring water or the like allowed to flow out usually heretofore to be discarded, not requiring large load in the transport of headspring water because of small quantity and capable of simply obtaining effect equal to that of the actual place without selecting a place.
A target liquid is injected and housed in the bag-like bathing tool molded from a flexible material having sealing properties and chemical resistance and closed at least at the bottom part thereof and at least a part of the body is immersed in the target liquid and water pressure is applied to the bathing tool from the outer surface thereof. The flexible material having sealing properties and chemical resistance is formed into a bag shape of which at least the bottom part is closed.
