To enhance versatility by achieving correspondence in a bathroom unit having various forms while aiming at labor-saving and construction-period-shortening in a repair work in which the existing bathroom by the traditional method is removed to install the bathroom unit.
A bathroom component body 1 is installed to replace the existing bathroom in a bathroom space S above the earthen floored concrete C installed between a pair of foundation beams F, T arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval. The bathroom component body is provided with a bathroom unit support 10 having a pair of support metal fittings 11, 12 to be fastened to the pair of foundation beams F, T in the bathroom space S and plate members 13, 14 to be cross-linked above the earthen floored concrete C while being supported by means of the support metal fittings 11, 12 and with the bathroom unit 20 to be installed above the plate members 13, 14 of the bathroom unit support 10.
